Founded by Harshita Ganga, founder of Spectrum Empowerment, the Penn State chapter extends the organization's mission of inclusion and empowerment to the university community. Through STEAM activities, robotics mentorship, and inclusive community engagement, the chapter aims to create meaningful learning opportunities for children of all abilities.
